Job Title: Bethel Hotel Operations
Manager
FLSA: Exempt
Reports To: Director, Men’s Ministry Programs
The following statements are intended to
describe the general nature and level of work being performed. They are not
intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities,
duties and skills required of personnel so classified.
SUMMARY:
Oversee Bethel Hotel operations and monitor interaction with support
services including chaplains, caseworkers, and volunteers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Determines budgets for Bethel Hotel and
approves all purchasing of supplies, services and materials to meet fiscal
requirements. Maintain budgets to meet goals, provide reports to Director.

Oversee the collection and deposit of
monies from the Bethel Hotel.
-
Responsible for hiring and firing, and
development of Bethel Hotel staff through one-on-one and staff meetings,
appraisals, and continuing training and education.

Oversees maintenance of Bethel Hotel
facilities.

Maintains co-operative relationships with
other departments within UGM and surrounding community organizations.
-
Responsible for oversight of CTN
software.
-
Miscellaneous related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; plus a minimum of 3 years of work
experience in business or non-profit management.

Competent in use of computers and
Microsoft Office software applications.

Able to support UGM’s statement of
Christian faith and share that faith and knowledge with staffs and clients.
